Booking:
To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book 2 - 4 weeks in advance. A credit card number is required when booking.

Cancellations:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required. If a cancellation is subsequent to this we reserve the right to incur the full cost of the booking.

Medical Conditions:
Full disclosure of any medical condition is required during your consultation, prior to a treatment. It is in the interest of your own health that any contra-indications could affect your treatment. All details are confidential. Please take responsibility for your health and safety while in the salon. If you feel faint, light-headed or unwell while in the salon please alert a staff member immediately.

No children are allowed in the salon.

Management and owners take no responsibility for your personal belongings.

We request that you arrive ten minutes early for an appointment to allow time for a consultation.

Unfortunately if late your treatment may be reduced accordingly.

We request that mobile phones are turned off when entering the salon to allow you and other clients to relax and enjoy your treatments.
